Staying here is a pleasure. You can't beat the convenience of this hotel's location. Right next to a shopping mall, you can relax with a day of retail therapy, and enjoy a wide variety of dining options. the room is cozy and comfortable, and the clean bathroom is stocked with all the essentials. the staff is courteous and helpful, ready to assist with any of your needs. the breakfast buffet is delightful, a perfect start to your day.
There are some language barriers with the staff.

Great central location near shopping and dining. there was a shuttle to the airport. the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The service was terrible. the staff was unorganized and not friendly.

Location very good, comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping, connected to shopping mall and airport terminal.

Great value for the money and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast buffet is included in the price and it's very good. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to many shops and restaurants. The mall is attached to the hotel that provides easy access to shopping.
The staff doesn't speak English well, but they are friendly and do their best to communicate. The rooms are a bit small than expected.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is situated next to a big shopping mall and the airport terminal. I found this very convenient as I was able to access everything I needed without any difficulty. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and I especially appreciated their parking options. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing, no complaints at all. My stay at this hotel was comfortable and hassle-free.
